To place an order, first contact us to confirm the availability of the item. You may then place an order through phone, fax, or email. California residents pay an additional 8.25% sales tax.
We accept payments by PayPal (confirmed addresses ONLY). This is our preferred method of payment. For details on other payment options, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items are shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. Shipping & billing addresses must be the same (NO P.O. Boxes). Delivery Confirmation included.
TERMS OF SALE
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we allow exchanges for store credit. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, within 7 days of the delivery date. (Excludes custom orders and resized jewelry) All shipping / insurance fees are non-refundable. No restocking fees on returns.
